2024 Spring 為了油菜花田
每年8-9月都很多遊客慕名來油菜花田打卡，這也是我打工度假來西澳的第一個郊游地點。從市中心出發要1小時30分鐘，我們選擇的油菜花田不在市中心，而是在約克回程的高速公路約10分鐘車程（附近有簡單停車處）的私人地方。可以在外圍拍照（免費的）但一定不可內進，也不可觸摸。我們透過不同角度，也拍了很多美照。當然，你也可去付費的公園打卡呢。
約克為西澳最古老的内陸定居點，也保留了19世纪砂岩建築，很有歷史的味道。我們先在約克遊客服務中心附近泊車，在市政大樓的大街閒逛後，再到雅芳公園散步，穿過天橋後看到一座教堂後，我們便返回取車，駕車5分鐘到今次最後一個景點：布朗山瞭望台（雖然是一座山，但完全不用行的），你會看見約克城景和如畫布般的油菜花田，超級漂亮唷！

2024 Spring For the Canola Fields
A lot of tourists come every August and September for canola fields and this is also my 1st country side visit in WA during working holiday. It took 1hr 30 min from Perth and the canola field that we chose is not in York city centre. Instead, it is 10-min distance from the highway when you return to Perth from York (There is a simple car park area). You can take pictures from the outskirt of the private area (It is free). However, you must not enter nor touch the plantation. We were able to take some nice photos with different angles. or couse, you can still go to paid park to take photos.
York is the oldest inland settlement in WA and lots of 19 century sandstone architecture is kept with historical sense. We parked our car near York Visitor Centre and walked along the street of York Town Hall. We went further to Avon Park and crossed Avon Suspension Bridge until we saw a church and we returned to our car. Then, we drove for 5 min to our last spot: Mount Brown Lookout (Although it is a mountain, you don’t need to hike at all). You will see the great view of York and painting-like canola fields. It was really splendid!
