姐姐特意安排米芝蓮二星的河豚懷石料理,雖然我們都有點害怕店家處理不當令我們中毒。不過事實上肉質和一般魚類沒有太大分別。除了刺身外,還有炸魚和魚湯等各種食法,很有趣唷。價錢由18,700 yen 至36,300 yen 不等,看看你選擇人工培植還是野生的,有興趣記住最少5天前預約呀。

Sister prepared this 2 starred in Michelin Guide dinner date for us as none of us have tried puffer fish before. Though we were afraid the shop does not handle the fish properly and we would be poisoned. After trying, the texture is actually similar to normal fish. Apart from eating it raw, we also tried fried and soup. Price ranges from 18,700 yen to 36,300 yen, depends on whether you want an artificial one or natural one. If you are interested in, remember to make a reservation 5 days in advance.
