2023 日本：為了出名的鰻魚飯 但意外到食堂風的餐廳…
除了希望在河道附近欣賞垂柳外，還希望吃到最出名的鰻魚飯，名叫元祖本吉屋 本店。很可惜我們到達時已滿坐，就只在附近找了一間鰻魚飯。是一間家庭式經營小店，雖然賣相沒有很特別，但感覺很悠閑，我們也吃得很滿足，也是這個小小的意外令我們對這間小店印象深刻。
金錢至上的香港文化長大的我對於這種慢慢我感覺很新鮮也很衝撃，你不會可憐他們沒有生意，而是羨慕那個氛圍，希望未來的自己也可以有那份悠然自在。也是說去旅行可以擴闊眼界，其實只是你有心思細細留意身邊事物，就可以從不同角度看這個世界，但願大家在不同旅程中也有點小感想。
2023 Japan: For the sake of Unadon, but accidentally went to canteen style restaurant
Apart from visiting the canal river, we wished to enjoy a meal in a famous unadon restaurant called Motoyoshiya. However, it was full house when we arrived and we could only search one nearby to have our lunch. It is a small restaurant owned by a couple. Food does not look fancy but you feel relaxed when you dine in. That made us remember this meal even after days.
Being raised up in a place that values money the most made me feel shocked when I observed their business style. On the other hand, you would not feel pity at their poor business, but instead be envious about how chill they are. You hope you can have such laid-back personality. People say that you can broaden your horizon when you travel, which is kinda true. Indeed, when you have that capacity to observe little things in daily life, you are able to see the world in different angle. Hope everyone has some takeaways in different journeys.
