2023 日本：一期一會
當年對這間松本的鴨麵評價很高，雖然只有6個位置，但師傅的手藝確實值得等待一下。1年多後寫遊記時發現名字不同了。才發現店舖已轉讓，不知道新店做得如何呢？幸好當時有排隊品嘗美食，感謝一期一會的緣份。
2023 Japan: One Encounter, One Chance
We had high praise about this restaurant in Matsumoto. Even though there is only 6 seats, the food cooked by the chef worth a wait. While I am writing the blog after 1 year and I round out the name changed. Then, it turns out the shop owner sold the shop to another owner. I wonder if the new chef is doing good or not? Luckily, we decided to queue for the food. I’m being thankful for taking that one chance to encounter such great experience.
