2022 日本:最期待的鰻魚飯

閒逛熱田神社後,我們在12時左右步行到著名鰻魚飯店舖。老闆最愛吃鰻魚,我們排了約半小時就有位置。最有名的三吃的意思是第1碗直接食,第2碗放上調味品食用,第3碗用高湯做成茶泡飯食用。坦白說,由於我不太喜歡湯飯,所以我沒有覺得三吃很有趣,但鰻魚是很美味呢~

2022 Japan: The most look forwarded eel rice

After walking around at Atsuta-jingu Shrine, we arrived at the famous restaurant at around 12pm. Eel is my father’s favorite and we were lucky that we only needed to wait for around half an hour for a table. The three ways of eating means that you try the first way without doing anything. Then, try it with the seasoning provided. Lastly, add soup to turn it into chazuke and enjoy. To be honest, I personally don’t like chazuke. Therefore, I don’t find the three ways very special. Though the eel is really nice indeed.

Reservation details: Tourists cannot reserve online. You can to get a number before opening hour and arrive the designated time.
