質感像魚子但是沒有什麼味道，吃起來怪怪的，試過一次就算了。不過海葡萄成為名物的背復故事是很感人的，當初開發者銘苅先生希望年老的漁民在沒有能力出海捕魚的日子也有一門手藝，才開始開發養殖技術（來自網上文章）。不過我也推薦大家一試，或許你會喜歡呢～
2023 Japan: Fail to appreciate the famous sea grapes in Okinawa
It tastes like caviar but it is tasteless. For me, a trial is enough. On the other hand, the story behind sea grapes is very touching. The guy wished to help retired fisherman to be able to work when they are too old to work in the sea. He used over three years to find the way to make it happen (Knowledge from website). Though I still recommend you guys to try it out, maybe you will fall in love~
