2023 日本:第一次吃像鳥冬的蕎麥麵
果然,日本真的很大,不同地方因應種植的原材料和獨特文化製作不同的食材。吃完沖繩的蕎麥麵上網查看才知道沖繩麵的原料沒有蕎麥粉,而是使用小麥粉,所以白色的麵條口感不一。不在旅遊區的餐廳真的很便宜,而且份量超級大,吃飽飽可以有力再踏單車了。
2023 Japan: First time trying soba that feels like udon
Japan is indeed massive in a sense that different places will make their own version of food base on local plantation and unique culture. After trying soba noodle in Okinawa did I find out there is no buckwheat flour. Instead, they use wheat flour. That’s why it looks white and tastes differently. Also, having lunch in non-tourist area is really cheap and portion is huge. Got energy to bike again.
