2023 日本：被壽司郎的人龍嚇壞了
伴侶很喜歡迴轉壽司，原本打算在日本吃一次壽司郎，看看和香港有沒有大不同。結果在晚餐時間到達時被超過50人以上的人龍嚇怕了。我們決定馬上找第二間代替。找到這間叫「大江户」的店，剛好有位置，就坐下品嘗。算是意外解鎖平價版廚師發版：）看著師傅做什麼壽司，我們就吃什麼，果然不同看法也令整個晚餐體驗不一樣！最重要是不用餓著肚子等1小時位置，而且食材新鮮甜美，決定十分正確呀。
2023 Japan: Was scared by the long queue in Sushiro
My partner really loves conveyor belt sushi and we planned to go to Sushiro to try once, to see if there’s big difference between that in Hong Kong. When we got to the restaurant during dinner time, we were shocked to see over 50 people waiting to be seated. We immediately decided to find another one and the shop named ‘Oedo’ has seats available. We would say we accidentally try the cheap version of omakase : ) We eat what the chef makes and that way of thinking makes the whole dinner experience different! What’s most important is that we don’t need to wait for over an hour for food and ingredients are really fresh. We are lucky that we have made the best decision.
