2023 日本:神奇的配搭 – 松露蘿蔔
我是很願意在不同地方試不同菜色,這個也是令我大開眼界。感覺有點像家中媽媽把2種毫不相干的食材放在一起的新嘗試,不是說不好吃,但清甜的白蘿蔔被濃郁的松露味蓋住了。不過,這家店確實用食物令人留下深刻印象,因為其他串燒很美味,我推介大家到這間刺激一下味蕾,可能會令你有新靈感呢~
2023 Japan: Unimaginable combination – truffle radish
I am the type of people who are willing to try different cuisines in new places cause it is always eye opening. This dish looks like housewife mum who decided to put to entirely unrelated ingredients together. It is not something bad, but the freshness of white radish is being covered by the strong truffle. Having said that, the shop leaves diner a strong expression in a good way. Since other grilled food is yummy, I still recommend you guys to give a spark to your taste bug and maybe you will have new inspiration in life~
