2024 Summer Day 3 半杯水的概念 [因弗斯內德至克里安拉利] 24公里 6.5小時
今天早上的洛蒙德湖在陽光下閃閃發光，令人心情大好。今天有幸再見到第一天遇見的德國女子，她自己一人獨自走營，我們互相在湖邊幫對方拍照。
在午飯時看到她步履蹣跚的樣子，就和她聊了一下，她說背囊不太重，但膝蓋很酸軟，我們離開時更看到她伏在桌子上睡著了。當天下午，我們一致認為她可能已經放棄時，她突然出現了，更是腳步穩健地經過我們。當時我們都大為驚訝，原來休息真的可以走更長的路。
意外地，我對已完成一半沒有太大的成就感。反而有種未完成的緊張感，對於餘下的三天會發生什麼事又期待又害怕。當然，我有好好感恩大家平安完成三天的行程，但仍免不了保持警惕的心情。
果然，事件的好壞是透過人如何看待事物的角度，我就是相對謹慎的人。不過，第三天有特意晚上在住宿外拍攝星空，好好地享受一個人在路上的浪漫～
Day 3 The concept of half glass of water [Inversnaid to Crianlarich] 24 km 6.5 hr
Today, Loch Lomond was sparkling brightly under the sun that made our day. Moreover, we were able to bump into the German girl again. On the first day, we saw her carrying a huge backpack and hiking alone. We helped each other to take photos near the lake.
It is very convenient to have a restaurant near the campsite
During lunch time, we saw her again. However, by then she walked unnaturally and she mentioned that her knees hurt a lot. When we left, she was even lying on the table for a rest. Later in the day, all of us guessed that she might have quit. To our surprise, she suddenly passed by us with steady pacing. She really proved that a rest can take you further.
At the end of the day, I did not feel accomplished even though we already finished half of the route. Instead, I felt nervous for what would happen the next three days. I was looking forward to it but at the same time worried about the journey ahead.
Of course, I was blessed that we obtained our goal for the first half but I was definitely alert for the next half. Through this journal, it is interesting to prove that how the incident would be unfolded indeed depended on one’s perspective. I am a very cautious person who only relaxes until the whole journey is done. However, I also allowed myself to enjoy some me time by filming stars outside the accommodation. What a way to treat oneself better~
