2024 Summer Day 5 重遇那個令人敬重的德國女子 [因弗羅蘭至金洛赫利] 30公里 8小時
今天是要途經The Devil’s Staircase的大日子，很多人都聽到名字都知道會很辛苦。結果，其實因為之字形設計很符合人體力學，所以只是梯級版大帽山，並沒有太辛苦。
旅程中最意外是重遇那個德國女子，原來她沒有放棄！我也不禁慶幸自己熱愛到處旅遊行山，人生的一點啟發總是在最意外的情況下發生。
日復日的日常因其重複性而令人靈感缺缺，但人總需要工作維持特定生活品質，如何在工作和生命的驚喜中取得平衡，是人生重要課題。我慶幸自己有擁抱未知的勇氣，感受不同的事情和感受。這個旅程中最大的收穫是可不可行只在於那一念的堅持，感謝重遇那個德國女子。
最後點評一下今天的住宿，廚房很大可煮食，但睡床不太舒適，如可以選擇其他更好唷。
Day 5 Bump into the Respectful German Girl again [Inveroran to Kinlochleven] 30 km 8 hr
Today is the day that we needed to pass through The Devil’s Staircase. People said that you could imagine how difficult it was when you heard the name. However, it was not the case after we finished that part. Since the design is in zig-zag style, it helps hikers to ascend gradually and it is like a staircase version of Tai Mo Shan to us.
The most surprising part is that we met the German girl again and she did not give up! From that, I am glad that I love travelling and hiking and inspiration in life always happens when you least expect it.
Repetitive life is boring but people need a regular job to withhold their certain level of living quality. How to strike a balance between daily routine and surprises in life is an important issue in life. I am glad that I have the courage to embrace uncertainty, to experience different incidents and feelings. The biggest takeaway in the trip is to witness the importance of persistence from the German girl. This definitely became an important memory of this trip.
Finally, a small comment on today’s accommodation is that the kitchen is very spacious for cooking. The down side was that beds are not very comfy and you can have other options if possible.
