2024 蘇格蘭：原來酥皮和牛肉分開也叫牛肉批
牛肉批在不同餐廳也不同做法。今次這樣也大開眼界，酥皮自己分開焗，牛肉粒放左一旁再加薯蓉，感覺很新鮮。其實我很欣賞百花齊放的飲食文化，大家可以有各自喜好，選擇自己的「飯堂」。
這個營地設施很齊全，廁所也很乾淨，非常推介給行山朋友唷～
2024 Scotland: When puff pastry and beef is cooked separately, it is still called steak pie
It is eye opening to see different restaurants making steak pie with different methods. For this one, puff pastry is baked separately, with beef put aside with smashed potato. I like how the dining culture blooms in different ways and everyone can has their own preference.
The campsite has all sorts of facilities, in particular the toilet is quite clean, highly recommend those who want to take a break from a hike.
