2024 蘇格蘭:初嘗蘇格蘭黑布丁

酒店的早餐真的非常豐富,全日早餐很大份。最特別是那顆黑黑的黑布丁,一般是豬血和燕麥組成的血腸,可能因為我在香港也十分喜歡動物內臟,所以不覺味道難以接受。而乳酪和生果可以無限自取,底下的士多啤梨果醬和乳酪簡直是絕配。麵包架十分可愛,也有4款果醬可以嘗試,令人目不暇給。最後那一壺熱茶完美打開今天的早上。

2024 Scotland: First time trying Scottish black pudding

Breakfast in hotel is very rich and huge in portion. The most interesting part is the Scottish black pudding. It is usually made of pork blood and oat meal. It is actually not hard to accept as I love to eat animal organs in Hong Kong. Meanwhile, the yoghurt and fruits are refillable and the strawberry sauce and yoghurt is the best match. The bread rack is also very cute and we are offered four types of jam to try and it is fascinating. Finally, that hot pot of tea helps to create a perfect morning.
