2024 蘇格蘭:喜歡這個品牌的理念
首先,食物其實很捧,不過當天晚上只記得那3支蘇格蘭蘋果酒。他們希望透的出產本地蘋果酒來復興蘇格蘭因全球化而漸漸消失的果園,所有他們取名為消失的果園。很喜歡在做實事的品牌~當天我們試了紅莓青檸、純蘋果和黑莓,3種各有特色,大家有機會一定要嘗試下唷~
2024 Scotland: I like the backstory of this brand
First of all, the food was indeed delicious. Though the three Scottish cider caught all my attention. They aim to replant tress and bring the orchards back due to globalization. That’s why they called themselves Lost Orchards. I like how they are creating something concrete to work out their goal~ We tried red berries & lime, pure apple and dark berries. All are very unique and if you have a chance, remember to try it out~

– Soup, bread and butter 7 pounds
– Fried chicken burger, chilli honey, dressed brioche bun, fries and sriracha mayo 16 pounds
– Scottish venison stew with carrot and swede, juniper and thyme dumplings and garlic new potatoes 16.5 pounds
– South Indian chilli and garlic curry finished with coriander, fragrant rice and onion chutney with Tandoori Chicken 16 pounds
– Apple Crumble with vanilla ice cream 7 pounds
