2024 蘇格蘭：一解鄉愁
二個字：正宗。一開始是被有趣的名字吸引，為什麼不是Fish & Chips？不過炒麵和炒飯也非常有鑊氣，而且超多雞肉。最好味是那碗粟米湯像小時候在酒樓喝的味道，雖然明知是罐頭，但是回憶呀！最後捧着肚子回去休息，準備明天最後一天行山了。
2024 Scotland: A relief from homesickness
The word authentic can conclude the quality of the dish. I was first being attracted by the funny name. I was thinking why it is not called Fish & Chips when i first saw the name. Anyway, the fried rice and fried noodles are filled with unique smell because of frying technique. The best part of the dinner is the corn soup that tastes exactly the same as the one I had in traditional Chinese restaurant when I was young. Although it was obvious that it is canned corn soup, the taste is full of memory! We went back to rest with a full tummy and started to prepare for the last day to hike.
