2019 Summer Day 1 穿越熱帶雨林去海拔3000米 [馬切姆門至馬切姆營地] 11公里
在7小時上升1200米海拔，會由穿短袖衣服至防風外套。環境一開始像香港濕熱夏天，轉眼已到日落，暫時海拔適應良好，隨團廚師已煮好晚飯等待我們。
Day 1 Pass through rain forest to 3000m [Machame Gate to Machame Camp] 11km
When we ascended 1200m in seven hours, we changed from short sleeves tee to wind breaker jacket. The environment is like the human wet summer in Hong Kong. After some hour of hard work, we arrived at the camp during sunset. We did not encounter any altitude sickness symptoms and were happy that the cook had prepared dinner for us.
