2019 Summer Day 3 進入異世界 [由希拉洞穴營地經熔岩塔至巴蘭科營地] 10公里
這天是先上山到熔岩塔（4600米海拔），然後下降至3900米海拔的營地讓身體適應。一開始半沙漠的地貌沒有太特別，當你行得有點累以為整天都是濛濛的時，你發現自己好像進入了異世界，那些怪怪的樹真的很有離家旅行的感覺。也感謝導遊為我們準備了熱水浸泡，雖然沒有洗澡的機會，但也舒服到嘆氣了~
Day 3 Into another world [Shira Cave Camp to Barranco Camp via Lava Tower] 10 km
Today we first headed to Lava Tower (4600m) and descended to the campsite (3900m) to rest. At the first beginning, the alpine desert lacked scenery. When you thought the day was boring, nature surprised you with weird looking trees. The landscape was so unique that I really had a feeling of getting out of my hometown. Another thing to feel thankful for is that we are provided with hot water to ease the sourness of our feet. What a great way to wrap up the day~
