2019 Summer Day 4 在3995米海拔中浪漫地閱讀 [巴蘭科營地至卡蘭加營地] 5公里
今天一早就看見山頂，超幸運唷！但我的興奮被現實打擊了一下。這天會是行最斜的一天，也是這裡我有輕微的高山反應，每個人的情況都不太一樣，我是腸胃不適，幸好能順利排出:)，也要謝謝自己有帶寶礦力粉，我喝了滿滿一大杯就原地復活了。
今天精神很好，有精力在黃昏閱讀我的精神食糧，當時沉迷於村上春樹的1Q84，有機會和大家分享一下書單唷。
Day 4 Read romantically in 3995m altitude [Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp] 5 km
The first thing that I saw when I came out from the tent was the stunning view of the mountain top. How lucky we were! However, my excitement was paused by reality. Today was the steepest route day and I had a mild altitude sickness. Everyone has different symptoms and I had a stomach ache. Luckily, I was able to ‘drop off’ the unnecessities :). I brought myself a few packets of pocari powder and that helped me so much. I was able to regain my energy after a big cup of that.
Today we finished before sunset and I was able to read my books under the stunning view. By then, I was into 1Q84 by Murakami Haruki. Let’s see if I have a chance to share with you guys my booklist.
